Garald Price & Associates, P.A. is an Idaho based
accounting firm, providing a full range of services. Since 1978, we
have helped make individual’s managers and businesses owner’s lives
less stressful and taxing.
The Firm was founded on October 1, 1978 after
Garald E. Price gained
five and one-half years' experience with a large local CPA firm in
Lewiston, Idaho. Presently, our full-time staff consists of two
accountants, one bookkeeper and one secretary. An additional
accountant and a secretary are employed during the tax season.
Our objectives are to provide high-quality
accounting,
auditing,
tax,
bookkeeping and
consulting services
for a reasonable fee; offer close personalized service on a timely
basis; develop specialties in the area consulting services with a
concentration in the agricultural and small business clients.
Our clientele consists of individuals, closely held businesses,
partnerships, corporations, not-for-profit and governmental
entities. Our audit clientele consists of a farm supply cooperative,
three governmental entities and one non-profit electrical
cooperative. Tax clientele includes individuals, C-corporations,
S-corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, estates
and trusts. In addition, we have many compiled and reviewed
financial statement
clients. |
